What are the Wentworth Official UK Events?
Wentworth Official UK Events are a collaboration between Screen Star Events and FremantleMedia to celebrate the hit Australian TV drama, Wentworth / Wentworth Prison. At these events, fans will have the chance to meet the stars of the show in the UK and buy official merchandise.
How much does a General Admission ticket cost & what is included?
A General Admission ticket costs £125 (+£6 booking fee). You MUST purchase a General Admission ticket if you want to a Protection Unit upgrade or Photo Op add-ons.
General Admission includes access to all Q&A panels, one signature from each cast member on any personal item , an event keyring and one photograph of all four cast members posing together with 10 fans at each table taken by a professional photographer.
Where will the events take place?
Details of the actual venues will be sent to attendees a bit closer to the time. The venues will be in/close to the city centre and accessible by public transport.
Which Q&A panels will be available?
The stars will have panels in duos & as a group.
Where will I sit?
Seats will be at round tables and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
What can I get signed?
One autograph per actor/actress is available with your general admission ticket. You can get any personal item signed. Photos of each actress will also be on sale that you can get signed (TBC).
Will there be food and drink available?
Food and drink will be available at the venue to purchase.
What is the schedule of the day?
This will be confirmed closer to the time.
I can no longer attend, can I get a refund?
No, tickets are non-refundable. However tickets are transferable. If you wish to sell your tickets, you must notify us and sell at face value. Ticket touting is strictly prohibited and your ticket will be void if you are selling above face value.
What official Wentworth merchandise will be on sale at the events?
Please check out our Store. Exclusive merchandise items will be available at our events.
Are children allowed to attend?
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. We are unable to offer any concessions at this time.
Are the guests guaranteed to appear?
Guest appearances are subject to their professional and personal commitments which may change. If the guest you are hoping to see has to withdraw from the event we will do our best to secure an alternative actor.
My favourite actor is now unable to attend, Can I request a refund?
As per our terms and conditions, if a guest is unable to attend then we are unable to issue a refund. Buying a ticket to this event is to secure your attendance and involvement in the day as a whole and not to meet one particular guest. Only photo ops with this actor would be refunded in the manner they were paid.

Will you consider events in other locations?
At present we are licensed to hold Official Wentworth events covering the entire UK territory. Our company also exists in Australia where our colleagues will be offering a range of meet and greet events in 2021 with chances to meet various well known celebrities not just from Wentworth.

Photo Ops FAQs

Do I have to purchase a General Admission ticket to take photos with the actors/actresses?
Yes! Photo Ops are an add-on to the General Admission ticket so you MUST buy a General Admission ticket otherwise you won’t have access to Photo Ops or even the event in general!
Will my photo be printed on the day?
Yes, they will be available soon after you take your photo.
Can I be in the same photo with my friend/partner?
Yes, a maximum of 2 guests can be in the same photo with the actresses.
Which duo photo combinations will be available for purchase?
The confirmed duo photo ops are as follows: A photo opportunity with both Pamela Rabe and Kate Atkinson. Another photo opportunity will available with Tammy MacIntosh & Kate Jenkinson. Depending on demand, we will confirm at a later date if there will be any other combinations.
Can I take a photo with all 4 actresses?
At the moment, you can take a photo with all 4 actresses with others on your table taken by a professional photographer which is included in your general admission ticket. If there is enough demand, we will add this as a Photo Op so you can take a photo by yourself (and up to 1 other person) with the 4 actresses. If this becomes available, we will confirm the price.
Can I still buy Photo Ops if I’ve bought a Protection Unit ticket?
Yes. Photo ops are separate and will be taken by a professional photographer. Photo ops are add-ons to your general admission ticket.
How much do Photo Ops cost?
Solo Photo Op- £25 (plus £2.50 booking fee) x1 cast member, maximum 2 guests in photo
Duo Photo Op- £45 (plus £3.50 booking fee) x2 cast members, maximum of 2 guests in photo
When do Photo Ops go on sale?
We will notify everyone via our social media pages and email once Group photo ops go on sale.

Protection Unit FAQs

Do I have to purchase a General Admission ticket to access the Protection Unit?
Yes! A General Admission ticket MUST be purchased otherwise you won’t be granted access to the Protection Unit or even the event in general!
What do I get for £75 to access the Protection Unit?
You get extra chat time with all 4 actresses! You will be in a separate room and seated at a round table with 9 other people. Each actress will come to your table to take a selfie with you and have a chat with you & the rest of your table for 15 minutes each.
